The Psychological Practice Bill 2006 was passed in the House of Assembly on 15 March 2007. The Bill will now go to the Upper House. Once passed through the Upper House, the Regulations will have to be written and the Act proclaimed and brought into force. The Board will use this "What's New" section of the website to keep the profession advised as to progress of the new legislation.
