Renewal of Registration / Annual Newsletter
Applications for renewal of registration, together with the Board's fifth Annual Newsletter were posted to the profession on 10 August 2006.
Psychologists should note that BOTH the annual practice fee AND the duly completed application for renewal form must be provided to the Board for renewal to be processed.
Please attend to renewal of registration by 31 August 2006. This will avoid reminder notices being sent and also ensure that psychologists receive their Annual Practising Certificate and are duly registered by 1 October.

Health Fund Rebates
Psychologists are reminded that there are some services which do not attract health fund rebates, ie. IQ testing, Family Court assessments, vocational guidance, stress prior to exams, cancelled appointments etc.
It is important to prepare accounts for these services in an appropriate manner so that there is no risk of ambiguity or inaccuracy. In addition, reference should be made to the Board's "Guidelines for Psychologists Providing Health Fund Related Services" which are available from this website under Publications - Other Guidelines/Policies - For Psychologists.
